📌 Main Message:

You don’t have to be a Ḥāfiẓ to be a companion of the Qur’ān. The door is open to anyone who builds a real, loving, and consistent relationship with Allāh’s Book.

🔑 Key Themes:

  • 📖 Real companionship is about love and consistency, not perfection or memorisation.

  • 🕌 You can still be a companion of the Qur’ān, even if you’ve neglected it in the past.

  • 🌟 The Prophet ﷺ said:

“The people of the Qur’ān are the people of Allāh and His special ones.” (Sunan Ibn Mājah)

💡 Four Signs You’re Becoming a Companion of the Qur’ān:

1. You Love the Qur’ān

  • Find what you enjoy about it (stories, recitation, meaning, language)

  • Let your love grow through regular connection

  • Like any passion, it grows when shared: find a Qur’ān buddy or group

2. You Obey the Qur’ān

  • Apply what you read, even if gradually

  • Obey all of the command, not just what’s easy

  • Ramadan proves you’re capable of discipline. Build on it

3. You Want to Know the Qur’ān

  • Be curious, not overwhelmed. One word, ayah, or surah at a time

  • Don’t delay because of “not knowing enough”

  • The reward isn’t just in Jannah. Look for worldly blessings too

4. You Want to Be With the Qur’ān

  • Don’t let your Mushaf gather dust

  • Involve the Qur’ān in your day-to-day life, whether that’s while driving, cooking, relaxing

  • Schedule and prioritise it like you would a spouse, a hobby, or a goal

🤲 Final Du‘ā:

May Allah make us from Ahl al-Qur’an  (His people and His special ones).
May the Qur’ān guide us, protect us, and intercede for us on the Day of Judgement.
